About Mohammad Qais Arghandiwal Foundation

Our Story

Mohammad Qais Arghandiwal is a politically and economically independent businessman who wants to put his knowledge, skills and financial resources at the service of Afghans living in Afghanistan. It is the conscientious duty of every human being to help people in need if necessary and possible.

After the collapse of the previous regime and the establishment of the new government, we came to the conclusion after a lot of research that the people of Afghanistan are in a critical moment, comprehensive cooperation should be done with them. We are determined to officially, do charitable work for the people in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with all strength and determination. To achieve these humanitarian and benevolent goals, we established the foundation under the name of Mohammad Qais Arghandiwal. We hope that this foundation will be able to achieve its lofty goals in the future, which is to light the lamp of hope in the hearts of needy and vulnerable people.

What we do

Our Mission

Implementation of various projects in vulnerable and needy areas of Afghanistan through people appointed by Mohammad Qais Arghandiwal Foundation. To make sure that the resources will reach the right places, people are appointed by Mohammad Qais Arghandiwal Foundation.

On the one hand, we want to give the country’s needy people the opportunity to continuously achieve self-sufficiency and growth, and on the other hand, we want to provide immediate and non-bureaucratic assistance to people under serious threats. This project focuses more on providing food, medical care and other resources to the needy and poor people, and especially works for the development of women and children. In addition, we want to work towards consolidation of information of this country.

In general, we want to carry out fundamental and essential work for the zealous nation of Afghanistan, so that the honorable nation of Afghanistan can achieve success and prosperity in facing the differences.

We want to carry out our projects without the use of foreign forces and goods so that the country’s economy is generally supplied by internal forces and the amount of exports increases compared to imports.

Our Vision

Now it’s time for the people of Afghanistan to use their human and economic strength and become more self-reliant and stop depending on foreign aids. As long as the scope of poverty and misery is not uprooted and people do not get the necessary awareness of today’s life, misery and homelessness will continue. In order to bring prosperity to the country, we first need to work on the basics and uproot the problems. In these plans, we want to bring our programs from the margins to the text and implement them in order to have a small part in this goal.

Our Focus Areas

How We Build a Better Future for Afghanistan

From education to emergency aid, each of our programs is designed to meet real needs with lasting solutions.

Together with partners and local communities, we create meaningful change—one step, one life, one region at a time.

Education

We believe that access to education is not only a basic right but the foundation of a stable, self-sufficient society.

In Afghanistan, countless children grow up without access to basic education due to poverty, conflict, and a lack of infrastructure. Our foundation addresses this crisis by constructing schools, training teachers, providing learning materials, and awarding scholarships to talented youth who would otherwise be left behind.

We focus especially on reaching girls and children in rural areas, creating safe and inclusive environments where learning can flourish. With digital tools and community involvement, we aim to create long-term educational ecosystems. Education empowers individuals and strengthens entire communities—one classroom at a time.

Step 1

Find Learning Gaps

We assess regions with limited access to education.

Step 2

Deliver Tools & Support

We build schools, provide books, and award scholarships.

Step 3

Empower the Future

We support students to learn, grow, and lead.

We support children and youth across Afghanistan, especially in underserved rural areas and communities affected by conflict or poverty.
Yes, promoting girls’ education is one of our top priorities. We work to remove barriers and ensure equal opportunities for all.
We provide scholarships, educational materials, digital learning tools, and teacher training programs.

Agriculture

Agriculture is the backbone of Afghanistan’s economy—and the key to lifting millions out of poverty.

Over 70% of Afghanistan’s population depends on agriculture for their daily livelihood. Yet most farmers face significant challenges, including outdated tools, poor soil quality, lack of seeds, and limited market access.

We collaborate with local communities to provide high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and practical training in sustainable farming methods. By modernizing traditional agricultural practices and fostering climate resilience, we help farmers boost their productivity and income. This strengthens local economies and supports food security at both community and national levels. When farmers thrive, communities grow stronger.

Step 1

Listen to farmers’ needs

We partner with rural communities to understand local farming challenges.

Step 2

Supply seeds and training

We distribute quality seeds, fertilizers, and offer guidance on sustainable farming.

Step 3

Strengthen food security

We help farmers improve yields, income, and community resilience.

We work with smallholder farmers and rural families who lack access to modern farming resources.

We distribute quality seeds, fertilizers, and provide training on sustainable farming methods.

Yes. Our goal is not just short-term aid but building resilience through education, innovation, and self-sufficiency.

Healthcare

Every person deserves access to life-saving healthcare—no matter where they live or how much they earn.

Afghanistan’s healthcare system remains fragile, particularly in remote and rural areas. We work to close this gap by providing medical equipment, mobile clinics, and trained health professionals to the regions that need it most.

From ambulance programs and maternal care to mental health and chronic disease support, our goal is to provide dignified, holistic care. We also prioritize capacity-building through training local staff and strengthening existing clinics. Health is more than survival—it’s about dignity, security, and hope. Together with our partners, we build healthier communities for generations to come.

Step 1

Identify Critical Gaps

We focus on areas lacking medical access.

Step 2

Deliver Mobile & Local Aid

We provide ambulances, clinics, and supplies.

Step 3

Support Health Systems

We strengthen care through training and tools.

We support mobile clinics, ambulance programs, maternal health, and access to essential medicines and equipment.

Yes. We recognize the importance of mental health and integrate psychosocial support into our healthcare projects.

Infrastructure Development

Foundations aren’t just laid in concrete—they’re built through trust, access, and opportunity.

For many Afghan communities, daily life is shaped by what’s missing: a nearby school, a functioning health center, clean water, or a safe road. Infrastructure is more than construction—it’s about creating access to basic human needs.

We design and implement infrastructure projects that respond directly to the needs of the population: building schools, rehabilitating clinics, ensuring water access, and improving transportation links. Every structure is built to last and to serve as a hub for growth, inclusion, and dignity. By investing in infrastructure, we invest in the long-term future of entire communities.

Step 1

Map Missing Infrastructure

We locate areas without basic services.

Step 2

Build What Matters

We construct schools, clinics, and water access.

Step 3

Support Sustainable Growth

We ensure long-term use and maintenance.

We build and renovate schools, clinics, water systems, and public spaces that serve local communities.

We work with local authorities and assess community needs to prioritize areas with the greatest impact potential.

Absolutely. We focus on durable construction, local involvement, and solutions adapted to environmental and social conditions.

Our teams are trained to act quickly and coordinate with local networks to ensure aid reaches the most vulnerable—especially women, children, and displaced families. Beyond immediate relief, we also help communities transition from crisis to recovery, with dignity and resilience at the core. Emergency aid is not a stopgap—it’s a step toward rebuilding lives.
