کمک هدف اصلی ماست
در بنیاد ما، هدف اصلی ما کمک و حمایت از نیازمندان در افغانستان است. هدف ما از طریق محصولات و خدمات مختلف است که امید و آرامش را به جوامع و افراد آسیب پذیر بیاوریم و تأثیر مثبتی بر زندگی آنها بگذاریم. ما معتقدیم که همه حق داشتن آینده ای بهتر را دارند و متعهد هستیم که سهم خود را برای تحقق بخشیدن به آن برای هر چه بیشتر مردم انجام دهیم.
محمد قیس ارغندیوال یک تاجر مستقل سیاسی و اقتصادی است که می خواهد دانش، مهارت و منابع مالی خود را در خدمت افغان های مقیم افغانستان قرار دهد. این وظیفه وجدانی هر انسانی است که در صورت لزوم و امکان به افراد نیازمند کمک کند.
پس از فروپاشی رژیم گذشته و روی کار آمدن دولت جدید، پس از بررسی های فراوان به این نتیجه رسیدیم که مردم افغانستان در مقطع حساسی به سر می برند، باید با آنها همکاری همه جانبه صورت گیرد. ما مصمم هستیم که رسماً با تمام توان و اراده، کار خیریه برای مردم در امارت اسلامی افغانستان انجام دهیم. برای رسیدن به این اهداف بشردوستانه و خیرخواهانه، بنیادی را به نام محمد قیس ارغندیوال تأسیس کردیم. امیدواریم این بنیاد بتواند در آینده به اهداف والای خود که همانا روشن کردن چراغ امید در دل نیازمندان و آسیب پذیران است دست یابد.
تطبیق پروژه های مختلف در مناطق آسیب پذیر و نیازمند افغانستان از طریق افراد تعیین شده توسط بنیاد محمد قیس ارغندیوال. برای اطمینان از رسیدن منابع به جاهای مناسب، افراد توسط بنیاد محمد قیس ارغندیوال تعیین می شوند.
از یک سو می‌خواهیم به نیازمندان کشور این فرصت را بدهیم که به طور مستمر به خودکفایی و رشد برسند و از سوی دیگر کمک‌های فوری و غیر بوروکراتیک به افرادی که در معرض تهدید جدی هستند، ارائه کنیم. این پروژه بیشتر بر تامین غذا، مراقبت های پزشکی و سایر منابع برای افراد نیازمند و فقیر متمرکز است و به ویژه برای توسعه زنان و کودکان کار می کند. علاوه بر این، ما می خواهیم در جهت تجمیع اطلاعات این کشور تلاش کنیم.
در مجموع می خواهیم برای ملت غیور افغانستان کار اساسی و اساسی انجام دهیم تا ملت شریف افغانستان در رویارویی با اختلافات به موفقیت و سعادت دست یابد.
ما می خواهیم پروژه های خود را بدون استفاده از نیرو و کالای خارجی انجام دهیم تا اقتصاد کشور عموماً از نیروهای داخلی تامین شود و میزان صادرات نسبت به واردات افزایش یابد.

اکنون زمان آن فرا رسیده است که مردم افغانستان از نیروی انسانی و اقتصادی خود استفاده کنند و به خود متکی شوند و به کمک های خارجی دست نکشند. تا زمانی که دامنه فقر و فلاکت ریشه کن نشود و مردم آگاهی لازم را از زندگی امروزی پیدا نکنند، بدبختی و بی خانمانی ادامه خواهد داشت. برای اینکه بتوانیم کشور را آباد کنیم ابتدا باید روی مبانی کار کنیم و مشکلات را ریشه کن کنیم. در این طرح ها می خواهیم برنامه های خود را از حاشیه به متن بیاوریم و اجرا کنیم تا سهم کوچکی در این هدف داشته باشیم.
